Louane
Overview
Louane is a classic Waldorf doll with a sweet and soft expression. She stands 38 cm / 15" tall.
Her face is delicately needle-felted, with hand-embroidered eyes and mouth. Her cheeks are rosy colored with natural red beeswax. She comes with her own small tin of red wax so you can touch up her blush whenever needed.
Crafted from pale pink interlock doll jersey, all of the seams are double-stitched for extra durability. She is firmly stuffed with organic wool sourced from Germany. Louane sits nicely on her own and can stand with support, she has a cute little bum and a belly button!
Her hair is crocheted using rich red-brown mohair yarn. It can be gently brushed when needed.
Louane also brings along her tiny lavender doll friend to help her feel right at home wherever she goes.
Her wardrobe includes:
- A T-shirt and matching socks made from dusty pink pointelle jersey.
- Bloomers made from Liberty fabric.
- A baggy jumpsuit made from soft, supple linen and trimmed with delicate cotton lace.
- A cozy mohair cardigan with adorable cotton buttons.
- Woolen shoes and a tiny acorn necklace crafted by Vaida Petreikis.
- A small care kit with doll blush.
Additional doll clothes can be ordered now or in the future at additional costs. Please feel free to get in touch if you'd like to expand her wardrobe!
PLEASE NOTE:
- This doll is suitable for children ages 3 and up (though younger children may still need a bit of help with dressing and undressing her).
- Due to small parts, please do not give this doll to children under 3 years old.
- The pink blanket shown in photos is not included.
